In a nutshell

yadi yada yada.. i've just finished writing an extra long email to someone and want to continue it through to here coz i can't be bothered to rethink the entire update i sent them. Yes i could've copied and pasted but where's the integrity in that:D Anyhoo, things are going reasonably well, i mean there's the odd kink here and there but nothing explosive. I'm aware that the atmosphere is starting to charge up in light of approaching exams; I'm also aware that a few people don't even have exams and get a criminal 7 weeks off!!! This said, I'm extraordinarily pleased that I've booked -in fine time- the much needed massage I've been saying I'd get for the past 3 years. It's a 1 hr remedial massage *rubs hands in anticipated glee* and comes the week before STUVAC -perfect timing or what?.

During exams going on msn will be ostracized from my to-do list, so i can study like the good girl i know is hiding in me somewhere:P I think it's safe to say that this first semester of uni experience should be given the thumbs up with a smiley face attached. I don't feel like i've changed a jot, but it offers the opportunity to discover how i respond to a myriad of experiences which is a guarantee (experiences that is, though you'd have to seek the majority yourself). Indeed, a couple a' days ago, i got asked out by a guy to theatre which is a rare thing, so rare in fact that i declined. More out of bludgeoned logic than anything else; i mean what would you say to an offer that started at 8pm, where neither party drives, the day before it happens? if it's yes, i don't want to hear anymore:P It really put me on the spot, as i also knew that it was meant to be a date >.< i hate giving people wrong signals.. *sigh* anyway, at least now i know that romance is a long way down on my list of priorities ..

There's been quite a few parties lately.. manda's bday.. and now sonal's one coming up. I want to go to all of them. You know how some people get bitten by the travel bug? yeh well i think i've got the try-everything-at-least-once bug. Very dangerous:D And once June (=half yearly sales heehee) hits I'm going on a mini shopping spree..must get pressies for relos in China. What do you buy when everything's made in the country you're visiting?? And a didgeridoo won't fit in the bag i'm thinking of carrying.. oh well such is life. So this is my update at best of the past fortnight give a few days. I'm so glaD i didn't do any more humanity subjects this semester.. I seem to have really gone off writing anything longer than 3 paragraphs. My brain just stops working after that. heh, can't wait to see what i got for my anth essay. I'll wrap up here. Toodles s2
