Barbara told me a true story yesterday.
A daughter was leaving home for a party one night and her christian mother saw at a glance that the driver and most of the passengers were already drunk.
Worried but not knowing what else to do, she said simply: "God be with you"

Her daughter replied: "Well God will have to go in the boot cause' there's no room for him in the car".

Later that night, the car was involved in a fatal accident. Noone survived. The car was so badly wrecked that it was unrecognisable. Except the boot. Even a cartoon of eggs found inside was undamaged.

God is not mocked.
