The day after tomorrow is Chinese New Year!! Helloooo Red Pocket money. I've already received my first packet ..in chinese notes, lol. The great thing about this tradition is that you're not likely to receive money in coins. So it's great living in Oz where the lowest denomination is 5 bux. Usually a $20 note is seen peaking out the pack tho. But in China, where there are $1 notes [from last memory], well .. you get the idea:D But it appears that $5 is the unspoken minimally accepted amount whilst $1000 or however much can fit into the packet is the highest.. It's not hard to see why those famous red packets - is pretty much a present in its own right.

*Sigh* The hols have been terrible in boosting my intellectual squagmire. I really miss school. Especially after seeing Kelvin emerge from his kindie class at the end of the day in his adorable little uniform and hat and bag and flat out expression. He keeps telling us that he has one friend, but he's finally making another one, so that's a load off my mind :D

Another thing is weighing upon it tho. Have to find another tutorial after a friday one was scrapped, and untangle my unbudgeable timetable clash *grr* Enrolling online is fast becoming a process of wrath :D But knowing that Jan is gonna go thru it shortly makes me feel heaps better -ok, that came out wrong. What i meant was, how good it feels to have one of my closest buddies form the mini squadron of ppl going to the same uni, as oppposed to wishing her a migraine through enrolling. It just wouldn't be the same without her there complaining about most things :P

Also I MUSTgo for my Ls. Embarrassing ain't it. I need one to get a new passport so bad. I'm itching to go back to China after 7 years - it's been too TOO long o_O July break it is!!... .. the night is so pretty atm. Goodbye to my last night as an official child. Or is that for under 16s? .. I just asked Tage to wish me a happy b'day. How ridiculous! Until i found out his bday was on Wednesday :O - we're a day apart! both rabbits heehee.. So we struck a deal to wish each other happy bdays and well.. we have. LoL *sings*=::=life is sweet=::=
